  As of the new 2008 year, Diedrich Manufacturing, Inc. now offers Warranty programs to accommodate various types of Diedrich equipment owners. These services are for Diedrich customers that fit into the following category:

• Equipment older than 2 years from January 1, 2008 new year where the Standard Warranty has lapsed
• Purchasers of used equipment on the open market
• Purchasers of a business that has Diedrich equipment
• Diedrich equipment owners that have had personnel changes and require training for new employees
• Those requiring assistance with installation or troubleshooting of any used or moving of equipment

Many people are finding that they can purchase a high quality Diedrich machine on the used market or certified refurbished units from Diedrich. Please note that Diedrich Manufacturing, Inc. supports this equipment in the following manner:

Annual Extended Warranties
As a commitment to our Diedrich equipment and to ensure its quality reputation, we offer Annual Extended Warranties on all models. This Annual Extended Warranty provides the customer access to our world-renowned Technical Support, 15% discount on parts for 12 months and one free electronic copy of the equipment’s Operation Manual. This includes unlimited telephone, email and MSN Messenger contact to help you resolve your issues. This does NOT include roasting training or maintenance. Your annual payment for this Extended Warranty must be paid via credit card and you must provide your serial number to begin this process. This is priced based upon manufacture year of equipment and the combination of equipment options.

Pay Per Incident
Those that are not covered under the above Extended or Standard Warranty Program may gain access to our expertise through our Pay Per Incident Plan.
