If your equipment is outside the standard 2 year factory warranty, please review the New Services and Extended Warranty Policy.

If you know the exact parts needed and merely need to place a Parts Order, please call ext. 248 and identify the part(s) needed. You will need to have your roaster serial number and credit card ready. Also note that orders submitted before 1:00pm Pacific Time can be shipped out the same day, all other in-stock parts will be shipped the following business day. RUSH OVERNIGHT shipping is available at an additional charge plus a processing fee.

Technical Support Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Pacific Time. Calls outside our normal hours will be answered upon the next business day or charged as an EMERGENCY call.
