  We also recognize that sometimes customers need some immediate Technical Support issues when their New or Extended Warranty has lapsed. Diedrich offers our new “Pay Per Incident” service that allows customers to utilize our expertise for a maximum of 2 hours at USD $250.00 until the original incident is resolved. Pay Per Incident must be paid via credit card and you must provide your serial number and complete equipment list to begin this process.
