	also the most exciting! Something to consider as well is a personal touch such as your company logo graphics on the side or even pin striping. Contrary to popular belief, this is done on both commercial IR and industrial CR Diedrich equipment making the roaster a focal point of your brand even if it is merely sitting in a warehouse. Very beneficial when performing facility tours in attempting to promote your brand and your capabilities!

	Regardless as to whether you are considering a commercial IR or an industrial CR roaster color is not the only thing that is initially critical. Below is a list of pertinent information we need before we can proceed: 1. Identify your gas type and pressure - Will you be using Natural Gas or Liquid Propane? On the surface this seems like a very easy question, however the effectiveness of the roaster's operation depends upon the proper jetting and fittings and therefore is something we need to know. In addition, ask your gas supplier what the actual make-up of the gas constitutes. For example, if you choose Liquid Propane what is the actual % of Propane vs. other gases such as Butane. Some places throughout the world actually mix in other non-combustible gases to dilute the gas. This has an impact on the calorific value of the gas and can be an integral part of your roaster working correctly and consistently. We at Diedrich, jet according to the specific gas type and therefore need this information at time of order. IR Series requires: Gas Pressure Minimum - 8 inches Water Column for Natural Gas and 11 inches Water Column for Liquid Propane (19.93 mBars for Natural Gas and 27.40 mBars for Liquid Propane) Gas Pressure Maximum - 14 inches Water Column (34.87 mBars) CR Series requires: Gas Pressure Minimum - 2 p.s.i (59.78 mBars) Gas Pressure Maximum - 5 p.s.i (149.45 mBars) Conversion Calculator 2. Electrical Requirements - all of our IR Series are ONLY available in single phase. In the U.S.A. and Canada in order to stay in compliance with our ETL/UL/CSA certification for our roasters, you may only order in 110v-60Hz. International customers needing CE Listing can only order in 230v-50Hz. Those countries not requiring either certification can order roasters in 110v-50Hz, 110v-60Hz, 230v-50Hz, 230v-60Hz. We need you to identify the final destination address to ensure we build your roaster to the proper electrical requirements. As for our CR Series it is only available in 3 phase. In the U.S.A. and Canada - 120/208 volts with neutral and ground is required. Other Countries - 415/240 volts with neutral and earth is required. 3. Temperature Display - Your choice is Fahrenheit or Celsius, however even for international customers on the metric system, we still recommend choosing Fahrenheit. Why? Because it is a fiiner unit of measure in the digital display and will help you with more precision throughout your roast profile. Of course, if you choose our PC/PLC Roast Profile Automation both are displayed automatically!
