	STANDARD WARRANTY Protect yourself by registering the Warranty Certificate within TEN (10) DAYS of shipment of roaster. Failure to complete the Warranty within the allotted time may preclude coverage of your new coffee roasting equipment. This is the ONLY Warranty and it is in lieu of all other Warranties, either expressed or implied. COVERAGE: Diedrich Manufacturing, Inc., (hereinafter “Diedrich”) warranties its roasting equipment to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship, material, or parts. This Warranty covers labor and electrical components for (90) days. Mechanical parts and craftsmanship for one (1) and two (2) years respectively. This Warranty takes effect on the date of shipment by Diedrich or Diedrich’s representative. If any component failure or defect in workmanship is detected within the coverage period, contact Diedrich for replacement parts. Diedrich must supply all replacement parts via freight collect and all service repairs must be pre-authorized (in writing) by Diedrich before they are performed. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE: This Warranty does not cover any loss, repair or replacement necessitated by accidental or intentional damage, natural disasters, building fires, spilled liquids, electrical power surges, or damage caused by non-authorized repair. This Warranty is null and void if the roaster is not installed, used, maintained or serviced per the instructions set forth in the applicable Diedrich Operations Manual. This Warranty does not cover damages to Diedrich equipment caused by other manufacture’s equipment or appliances. DISCLAIMER: Under no circumstances will Diedrich be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of a Diedrich coffee roaster(s) and/or Diedrich Ancillary Equipment. This disclaimer applies both during and after the terms of this Warranty. Diedrich disclaims liability for any implied Warranties, including implied Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, after the two-year term of coverage expires. The remedies described above are exclusive, and in no event shall Diedrich be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the breach or delay or performance of this Warranty. As part of the installation, training, and operation procedures contained in the Roaster, Afterburner, Destoner, Loader, or Automation Operations Manuals, whichever applicable, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following: 1) Customer has received all manuals and instructions necessary for the safe operation, service and maintenance of the Diedrich Roaster and/or ancillary equipment. 2) Customer will permit only trained personnel to operate, service and maintain the Roasting System and/or its components. 3) Customer will not remove from the Roasting System and/or its components, or conceal from view any signs, decals or plates affixed to the equipment without the express written consent of Diedrich Manufacturing.
