In either our IR or CR Systems, the customer can request a customized floor plan layout configuration. In some cases, these are at no charge however in others depending upon the complexity or "outside our norm" is there an additional Engineering Fee. The first step in either case is to inform us of your room dimensions. Although an architectual layout would be ideal, if you can provide us your ceiling height along with the square footage/meter dimensions we can begin the process. For those in the U.S.A. please keep in mind that building code for the A.D.A. - American Disabilities Act dictates a minimum of 5 feet diameter around any normal working area (i.e. roast control area). We also recommend for easy cleaning/maintenance access a perimeter of 3 feet around the roaster and afterburner/oxidizer.
