This is achieved through such things as our optional PC and PLC based automation to assist RoastMasters in creating an unlimited variety of specialty coffees by providing thorough control and consistently replicating unique coffee roasting profiles.   Our Diedrich Catalytic Oxidizer (DCO) Afterburner which is 50+% more fuel efficient, reduces noxious gases and volatile organic compounds substantially more so than traditional Thermal Afterburners.    And of course, Diedrich utilizes the highest quality components available on the market today, such as infrared burners for our IR Series and make-up air burners for our CR Series systems.   Both of these burners are the "cleanest burning" on the market today in each of their classes; unlike the pre-mix air burner traditionally used that are dirty and wasteful with affluent gases contaminating the coffee.
